I had a fantastic stay at Yab-Guesthouse! The location is ideal, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. The property has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. Despite some minor inconveniences, like thin walls and shared bathrooms, the overall experience was comfortable and convenient. The staff, especially Chris & Simon, were accommodating and patient with all my questions. I even made new friends in the common dining area. I highly recommend Yab-Guesthouse for solo travelers seeking a cozy and convenient stay in Seoul.

This place is located in a great spot, close to the Hongdae shopping area, which is a big plus. The room was nicely decorated and had everything guests need, like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.👌

Convenient location - just a short walk from the subway exit and bustling Hongdae area. Clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and I loved that they provided towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and privacy curtains. The rooftop was a great spot to relax at night with its pretty fairy lights.

The limited number of toilets on each floor was a bit inconvenient, especially during peak times. The thin walls made it easy to hear noise from other rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Yab-Guesthouse, Femaleonly, Foreignonly in Hongdae. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the Hongik Univ Green Line / AREX station. This made it easy for us to get around, especially with our heavy luggage. The owner was welcoming and responsive, addressing all our concerns upon arrival. The secured luggage storage was a great bonus. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds. The common area had a charming interior design. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
